We don't offer returns if you have changed your mind however we do like happy customers, so please contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns and  we will do our best to resolve them.  Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or credited on return, please discuss this with us in the first instance.

Within New Zealand - $10 flat rate for orders under $100

Orders over $100 are shipped with free postage

International - Postage will be quoted on placement of order - please contact me for a quote prior to placing your order.

Fibre Content

Determining the fibre content of pre-loved textiles can be a bit hit and miss, I will always endeavour to describe the fibre content and care instructions for the textiles I sell to the best of my ability, based on over 30 years of sewing experience and burn testing.  Please be aware that I am only human, and inaccuracies can occur.

I use clean, recycled materials to make my packaging where ever possible.   This means your packages may look creased and old, this is part of the true junk journal asthetic.
